A restaurant with an aristocratic vibe and a traditional modern menu, in a gourmet spirit
The Mansion Restaurant reveals the exquisite delights of Romanian gastronomy, allowing guests to fall in love with the authentic taste, again and again. It is a place where experiences and aromas blend harmoniously and passion becomes art. The diversity of dishes, perfected by the selection of carefully chosen wines, brings out each flavor and complements each meal.
The history of Gastronomy inspired Chef Nico Lontras to create haute cuisine. But not only that. A symbiosis of fresh ingredients, provided by nature, with countless hours of creative labors, these gustatory delights highlight the best, healthiest and most nutritious elements in each dish, but mostly the passion and dedication of his entire team.

Romanian traditions turned into culinary art
“Food is a love that we explore our entire lives. A love that grows and nourishes on your history, ethnicity, location and family.”
From passion to perfection
“Cooking is my great and only love. I represent the fourth generation of a family of cooks. I never held another job, I went through all the stages of training and preparation, from washing dishes to fine dining.”
Cooking was serendipitous for me.
“After working for 3 years in Italy, in a bakery and a trattoria, he returned to Romania and worked at the Isoletta Restaurant, where he caught a taste for gastronomy. He stayed there for 10 years. ”
