At the start of this unique culinary experience, guests are greeted with a glass of champagne, sparkling wine, or prosecco, preparing them for an unforgettable dinner. Depending on the chosen menu variant, the service begins with a gradual introduction of flavors, designed to increase in intensity, just like a wine tasting. The order of dishes is carefully planned; we never begin with red wine, and the menu follows the wine flow harmoniously, introducing, after the first two dishes, a sorbetto to cleanse the palate. This opens the appetite for the main courses and the upcoming dessert. Each dish is paired with a carefully selected wine by the sommelier, which enhances both the flavors of the dish and the qualities of the wine. With each dish, Chef Nico Lontras visits the guests’ table to share the story and specifics of each dish, while the sommelier continues the pairing, explaining the reasons behind the wine choice and providing details about the origin of the grapes, the winery, and the benefits of the pairing – transforming the dinner into a true sensory journey.

For such an exclusive experience, an advance reservation of at least 5 calendar days is required, depending on availability, as, to offer an authentic experience, chef’s table is organized only upon request and requires detailed preparations for a group of at least 8 and a maximum of 12 people. We offer two carefully crafted menu variants: one with 5 courses paired with 5 Casa Timiș wines, and a variant with 7 courses paired with 7 Casa Timiș wines, carefully selected by our sommeliers, for those who want a more extensive culinary journey. Throughout the entire dinner, Chef Nico will be alongside guests to reveal the story and inspiration behind each dish, providing a captivating and personalized experience. Additionally, before dinner, guests have the option of a cognac tasting, designed to awaken the sensory palate and introduce them to the refined and authentic atmosphere of Casa Timiș.
