These terms and conditions apply to the booking and purchase of travel services offered by IMPEX CRIS TIM SRL, located in Bucharest, bd. Bucurestii Noi, no. 140, 1st floor, office E1.06, sector 1, serial number in the Trade Registry J40 / 9519/1991, unique registration code 1596921, within the accommodation unit CASA TIMIŞ Tourist hotel, located in Bucov village, village Chitorani , Florica Romalo Street, no. 4, Prahova County, hereinafter referred to as “Hotel”.
These terms and conditions apply to the services available online, by e-mail or telephone and are applicable to all customers, individuals or legal entities. By accessing, searching and using the website and making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions specified below.
All rates are per night and include breakfast and VAT rate (5%). Rates do not include hotel tax or other taxes imposed by central or local authorities.
Tariffs can be changed at any time, with rates upgrading not affecting reservations already confirmed. Increasing taxes and taxes or introducing new taxes will result in a change in rates, including for reservations already confirmed.
Payment in cash, bank transfer, credit cards: VISA (including Electron), MasterCard (including Maestro) or any other bank card issued under the VISA or MasterCard logo are accepted.
The reservation of the services, subject to confirmation by the Hotel, can be done by an order sent by any means at tel: 0723.682.568; e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or via the online booking platform at www.casatimis.ro.
The term of validity of reservations is 2 days, except for reservations where the date of the reservation is less than 2 days from the date of booking, in which case the term of the reservation will be mentioned in the written confirmation from the Hotel.
Guarantee and payment of reservations
Reservations are considered secured at the time of payment confirmation. Payment of reserved tourist services can be made by credit card or by paying the hotel’s pro forma invoice.
- In the case of bookings made by phone or by e-mail, the reservation is guaranteed by paying by the Client an advance equal to the value of the services for the first night of accommodation, within 2 days from the date of booking confirmation, otherwise the booking being automatically canceled;
- In the case of bookings made through the online booking platform on the hotel’s website, the reservation is made by credit card, after checking the card details entered in the booking form, with the equivalent.
The remainder of the payment for the stay is paid at the time of arrival, by any means of payment. The customer has the obligation to check the details of the invoice before paying the services value. The payment made by the Customer has the value of an express confirmation of the related invoice, any subsequent request for modification not being taken into account by the Hotel. Upon check-in, the Customer will be required to provide a debit / credit card as a guarantee. If the Customer does not want to guarantee with a debit / credit card, he / she will pay as deposit of 200 lei / room / stay. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay if there are no different situations (damages, deficiencies in the room inventory, mini-bar consumption, etc.).
Cancellations / no-show / Penalties
Any change and / or cancellation of reservation of services will be sent in writing to the following e-mail address: email@example.com or the telephone number: 0723.682.568, the modification of the services subject to the approval of the Hotel.
The reserved services may be canceled as follows:
- without penalty, if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the date of booking;
- with a penalty in the amount of 50% of the value of the first night of accommodation, if the cancellation takes place less than 14 days before the date of the reservation;
- with a penalty of 100% of the first night’s accommodation if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the date of booking.
The no-show situation represents the situation when the Customer, after a confirmed and unannounced reservation in one of the above mentioned modalities, does not present himself to the Hotel on the date of the reservation.
If the Customer fails to attend, the amount paid as an advance will be retained in full.
In the case of having to leave early, announced during the stay, the hotel reserves the right to withhold the value of the unused services as damages.
Check-in and check-out
The accommodation is available starting 16.00.
The rooms are released until 12.00 at the latest.
At the request of the Clients and when the hotel can accomodate his request, the stay in the room can be exceeded by up to 6 hours, at a rate of 50% of the value of a night without breakfast, according to the tariff shown at the reception.
The accommodation is based on the identity card, by filling in the arrival announcement form.
The accommodation for children up to 6 years is free of charge, children between 7-12 years will be charged 50% of the value of a bed, with or without an extra bed in the room, and for children over 12 years will be charged normal rates.
Restaurant / Bar / Wine cellar / Terrace
The schedule of “Casa TIMIS”‘s Restaurant / Bar / Wine cellar / Terrace is 11.00 – 23.00. The schedule of Casa Timiş is 11.00 – 23.00.
Breakfast is served daily from 8.00 to 10.30.
Meals will be provided at the valid prices on the date of your stay.
The entertainment program will be based on existing reservations on the site or at the hotel’s reception.
Inside the dining room, access is allowed only with a decent outfit. It is strictly forbidden access to the hotel with external food and beverages.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel, except for specially designed areas.
Most of the hotel’s rooms are accessible to people with disabilities. If you have a special need of any kind, please let us know in advance.
The hotel benefits from free guarded parking with a capacity of 25 parking spaces.
The hotel and public areas are video surveillance. – see the “Notice on the processing of personal data using video surveillance” displayed at the reception.
The hotel does not assume liability for forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen objects inside the hotel.
The hotel does not take responsibility for any accidents that may result from inappropriate use of the hotel’s facilities.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
The hotel has the right to refuse accommodation of Customers accompanied by pets, with a penalty of 100% of the value of the first night of accommodation.
Visitors’ access is allowed between 11.00 and 22.00, at no additional cost, and outside of this interval only on the basis of their registration at the reception and payment of the price accordingly.
Environmental protection is a permanent concern for us. Lingerie changes to 2 days of accommodation or at the customer’s request, and towels are changed daily or at the customer’s request. To signal the desire to change linen and towels, customers are asked to leave them on foot in the bathroom.
Privacy and processing of personal data
IMPEX CRIS-TIM SRL complies with the ethical and legal standards regarding the protection of personal data. Personal data will be processed according to the “Personal Data Processing Policy.”
Conduct and Responsibilities
The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or serving in the restaurant of customers under the influence of alcoholic beverages or prohibited, rude or turbulent substances that, by their attitude, damage the image of the Hotel or disturb other Clients. Clients are liable to the Hotel for damages to other Clients, Hotel staff, furniture, equipment, etc.
Complaints regarding the quality of the provided tourist services can be made locally, during the entire stay, the complaints after the end of the stay are not taken into account. Complaints about the theft, destruction, or damage to the property of the Client in the Hotel must be brought to the attention of the Hotel no later than 24 hours after the Customer has become aware of the theft, destruction or damage to the property.
