Each dish is paired with a carefully selected wine by the sommelier, which enhances both the flavors of the dish and the qualities of the wine. With each dish, Chef Nico Lontras<\/strong> visits the guests’ table to share the story and specifics of each dish, while the sommelier continues the pairing, explaining the reasons behind the wine choice and providing details about the origin of the grapes, the winery, and the benefits of the pairing \u2013 transforming the dinner into a true sensory journey.<\/p>
