37 km separate Casa Timi\u0219 from Flore\u0219ti. One can still see the beauty of the old days shining through the ruins of\u00a0 the \u2018Petit Trianon\u2019,<\/em> built by the Nabab, Prince Gheorghe Cantacuzino. Imagine how a small fragment of Versailles would have looked like in the Prahova landscape. The description of Maruca Cantacuzino, the Nabab\u2019s daughter-in-law, could help in this play of imagination:\u00a0 \u2018A true earthly paradise, harmoniously divided: flowery layers, the intense green velvet of the smooth meadows, impeccably trimmed branchy hornbeams, bushes full of fragrant flowers; pools, French-style artesian wells, the classic line of long alleys, covered in fine gravel, reminiscent of the Versailles gardens, enlivened by the mid-August sunset; clusters of bright villas and cheerful pavilions, adorned with capuchins and geraniums.\u2019<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Continue ahead, to Filipe\u0219tii de P\u0103dure, where you will get in less than ten minutes.\u00a0 It\u2019s like blinking about five times. Here, a beautiful little church awaits. It is famously known as the Vorone\u021b from Muntenia. Take your time to admire its wonderful old mural painting, one of the most important creations of the great \u2018house painter\u2019, P\u00e2rvu Mutu.\u00a0<\/p>

Being a part of the large estate belonging to the Filipe\u0219ti family, important Wallachian boyars, Filipe\u0219tii de T\u00e2rg is located a stone\u2019s throw away from Filipe\u0219tii de P\u0103dure. In just ten minutes, by car, you can reach the Pan\u0103 Filipescu Manor, the only predecessor of the Br\u00e2ncovenesc architectural style in Prahova County.\u00a0 You can enjoy an hour spent in a traditional aristocratic setting, which is said to have served as a model for Constantin Br\u00e2ncoveanu\u2019s palace in Mogo\u0219oaia.

Five of the ten rooms of the Mansion currently house a museum. Among the exhibits, there are paintings by Theodor Aman, models of manors built by Cantacuzino family members or valuable prints. The cellar houses a lapidarium and old peasant objects. The estate\u2019s park, with alleys, benches, flowers and fruit trees, invites you for a walk.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In less than half an hour you will reach the capital city of Prahova County, where you can visit the unique Clock Museum.\u00a0 It is said time does not pass, but are merely passengers travelling in front of time. Here you have the opportunity to pass in front of the 500 exhibits, one more interesting than the other, in this hour you will dedicate to measuring time.<\/p>
