In order to benefit from the advantages of subscribing to our newsletter, we invite you to check in the form related to this option, available at the bottom of our page. Checking in the box with the text “I agree to receive commercial and marketing communications by e-mail in the form of a newsletter. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy and our Newsletter Subscription Policy.” represents your consent to the processing of personal data transmitted for the purpose of receiving commercial, marketing and informative communications from DOMENIUL CASA TIMIS SRL, hereinafter referred to as CASA TIMIS, the Controller sending such communications only to persons who have opted in.<\/p>

In order to ensure that the transmission of commercial and marketing messages is carried out in compliance with data protection rules and to ensure additional protection of the data thus processed, the Controller has implemented the following newsletter subscription method:<\/p>

  • fill in the last name and e-mail address boxes;<\/li>
  • check in the box corresponding to the agreement to receive communications in the subscription form, with the above text, and confirm the subscription by clicking the “Join our world” button. <\/i><\/li><\/ul>

    Confirmation of subscription will be done by sending an e-mail to the address given in the form. Subscribing to our newsletter involves the processing of the e-mail address and name, which are included in the category of personal data.<\/p>

    All data processing carried out for the purpose of sending information specific to the Controller’s marketing activity complies with the rules described in the Privacy Policy of our Website.<\/p>

    Subscribing to the newsletter can be done by simply filling in the boxes at the bottom of our platform, which is not subject to payment of a fee. Receiving commercial and marketing messages from the Controller is free of charge. The content of commercial, marketing and informative communications will be sent to the e-mail address provided for this purpose by the user, provided that it is entered correctly. CASA TIMIS assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided by users (e.g. e-mail address).<\/p>

    Our newsletter may contain information on:<\/p>

    • the latest campaigns, offers and promotions of the Controller;<\/li>
    • its recent activity;<\/li>
    • changes and news on various aspects of the web platform and offers;<\/li>
    • recommendations of services and products offered by CASA TIMIS;<\/li>
    • events and experiences held at CASA TIMIS;<\/li>
    • other commercial and marketing information.<\/li><\/ul>

      Subscribers have the option to withdraw their consent to receive marketing communications and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. This is done, from a practical point of view, by sending a request to this effect to the e-mail address: reception@casatimis.ro or by accessing the unsubscribe link in the footer of each commercial e-mail sent from the Data Controller.<\/p>

      After unsubscribing, you can subscribe to our newsletter again at any time, free of charge.<\/p>

      The Controller does not guarantee the user that the newsletter service will function without interruptions or errors and that faults will be rectified within an appropriate period of time.<\/p>

      CASA TIMIS cannot be held liable for any damage, loss or inconvenience caused by the use of the service it provides, contrary to this policy and the Terms and Conditions. The responsibility for the use of the newsletter service rests entirely with the user.<\/p>
