Casa Timis offers customers the possibility to purchase vouchers or gift cards. The vouchers are made available to interested persons by DOMENIUL CASA TIMIS S.R.L.<\/b> (hereinafter referred to as “Casa Timis” \/ “Resort”), having its headquarters in Chi\u021borani Village, Bucov Commune, Florica Romalo Street, No. 4, Prahova County, registered in the Trade Register with no. J29\/894\/2022 and with unique identification number 45910456.<\/p>

<\/b>1. GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/b><\/p>

Vouchers are available both on the website www.casatimis.ro and at the reception of the Casa Timis. For clarity, any reference in this Document to Vouchers automatically includes Gift Cards.<\/p>

Currently, there are six (6) types of Gift Cards that can be purchased, with a value between 800 and 2200 RON. Vouchers can have different values from those mentioned above, at the Customer’s request. The Gift Card worth 800 RON does not<\/b> include a wine tasting or gastronomic experience. In the case of the other Gift Cards a gastronomic or wine tasting experience is included. Such experiences are available only by prior reservation and only on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays.<\/p>

Online purchased vouchers will be emailed to you within 24 hours of payment. Gift Cards can be purchased both online from the Gift Shop<\/i> section of the www.casatimis.ro<\/span><\/a> website and at the reception desk. Vouchers purchased online will only be sent electronically. Vouchers purchased at the reception can be sent both via<\/i> e-mail and in physical, printed format.<\/p>

The voucher is a bearer document and the holder is solely responsible for its use. Casa Timis will not replace it in case of loss.<\/p>

<\/b>2. VALIDITY<\/b><\/p>

In order to benefit from the services in the portfolio of Casa Timis, reservations must be made within a maximum of 3 (three) months from the time of purchase of the voucher. For the sake of clarity, the date for which the beneficiary opts cannot be situated in time after the expiry of the validity period.<\/p>

After expiry of the validity period, the voucher becomes void.<\/p>
